Hanna Bouveng is born and raised in the deep forests of Småland, Sweden. At a young age she left her hometown Vetlanda and moved to Hong Kong to study PR. And it was during her time in HK her interest in photography really sparked. The people, the culture and the architecture inspired her, and with her camera she started documenting everyday life in the city.
Hanna’s style can be described as fearless and experimental and her photos shows a world rich in color and shapes, cultures and impressions.
After HK, Hanna worked in Oslo for a short period before she moved to New York to study fashion. Two years later, she was admitted to the New York Film Academy where she later graduated from the photography program. After working as a freelance photographer in NY for a year, she returned home to Sweden and Stockholm. Hanna’s style can be described as fearless and experimental and her photos often shows a world rich in color and shapes.
