1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Art accessories, including frames purchased separately, can be returned within 14 days. This does not apply to frames equipped with anti-reflective glazing from Artglass, which are custom assembled upon order.
All artworks are printed upon request and, if applicable, framed individually according to your specific preferences. Due to the fact that each piece is custom-made, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
2. COMPLAINTS
If your artwork arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we will promptly replace it for you. Contact us at customerservice@moutife.com.
Please include photos of the damaged artwork along with the packaging it arrived in, so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Be sure to include photos of the box or packaging your artwork arrived in, even if there are no visible signs of damage.
