What paper do you use for your prints?

All of our Open Edition prints use a matte, 210 g paper made from 100% alpha cellulose from Hahnemühle. The paper has a light texture yet a smooth feel. It promises excellent colour reproduction and clarity.

For our selected prints under Limited Edition, you’ll find that we’ve raised the bar even further, as high as we can go, really. Limited Edition prints are available on Hahnemühles most exclusive high quality cotton-based paper.

How can I exchange or return my product?

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. We do not handle exchanges directly; if you want to exchange something, simply return it and buy the new item.

What is the return fee?

We charge 49 SEK / 49 NOK / €5 / 6 USD for return shipping. You can read more about the return process HERE.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

Keep in mind that uncollected packages remain with the postal service for approx. 14 days (time may vary between countries), if you don’t collect your package within this time we charge a 180 SEK / 180 NOK / €20 / 25 USD fee to cover shipping both ways as well as handling costs.

MY ORDER

How do I know if my order went through?

Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after you have made your purchase, please check that it hasn’t accidentally gone into your spam folder (!). If it’s not there, it could mean something went wrong with your purchase or that you entered the wrong email address when placing your order. Contact us at customerservice@moutife.com, we are happy to help check on an order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our printing house. Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@moutife.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Where is my order?

When your package has arrived at the location of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification to the number you entered in the checkout. You can always track your delivery with the package number you received in the delivery confirmation. If you suspect something has happened with the delivery or notification of your shipment, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@moutife.com and we will assist you.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

What are the conditions for discounts?

You may not combine multiple discount codes. All discount codes apply to the value of the goods purchased, i.e. other costs such as shipping or invoicing are not included. Coupon codes only apply to goods offered at regular price.
