The Apple Tree is a photograph depicting female unity by Felicia Masalla. “This is a story about sisterhood, a truly powerful thing. We are raised to compare ourselves to each other, in all aspects of our lives. I shot this wanting to depict the power of us uniting. We need to stop comparing ourselves and recognize the magical sisterhood we have. Showing the younger generations how they should see the women around them. Not as competitors but as sisters.” – Felicia
