En Route is shot by Michaela Wissén in Illetas, Mallorca. "This picture was taken in the morning just when the sailing school started and countless boats bounced around, all seemingly in their own direction. Every now and then an aircraft flew by and at one point the different means of transportation were caught in perfect symmetry. “This picture is taken with an analog camera, so it felt a bit extra special to get such a picture.” – Michaela.
This motif was shot on film, therefore grain is present. Grain lies in the nature of film photography. It’s an element of the photograph, contributing to the feeling the photographer sought to create by choosing to shoot analogue.
